修正的地方：

  1. 第二片有一個地方會導致當機，就是在玩者打敗NORG之後，如果到圖書館和一個有辮子的女孩交談，則遊戲會回到桌面。

  2. 在安裝完太８之後，會有一段錯誤訊息跳出來。在這個修正檔中有一個EAX檔。

  3. Square QA發現有一個選單錯誤在修正檔之中。當玩者在前往Timber的火車中拿到「寵物雜誌１」，這時玩者尚未遇見Rinoa和她的狗Angelo，雜誌中有一項特技「Angelo Strikke」，這錯誤是因為玩者還未遇到Rinoa而讀「Angelo Strike」為"No MEM CA"。
    There was a menu bug in which Square QA found while testing the patch. When the player receives the "Pet Pals Vol. 1", on the train to Timber, at this point the player has not yet met Rinoa nor her dog Angelo. In the magazine there is a reference to "Angelo Strike". The bug was due to the fact that the player had not met Rinoa yet and so instead of the magazine reading "Angelo Strike" it read "No MEM CA". --Addressed and fixed.

  4. 當玩者安裝了Direct X7.0且試著用Yamaha Software Synth玩這遊戲，將會在每一次戰鬥後跳回桌面。
    注意：修正這錯誤的檔案需另外下載。

  5. 關於Nvidia GeForce的問題。
    注意 GeForce 使用者請確定下載正確修正檔。

  6. 玩者的遊戲卡片，在某些時候會消失。

  7. 有時候在戰鬥結束後，若所有玩家的隊員會死亡，遊戲會當機於'Game Over'畫面。
